The entire course fee must be sent with the registration form, or it will be returned.

Course registration fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable to other courses. Someone may replace you.

Telephone registrations are not accepted. A faxed purchase order will be accepted provided it is complete, approved and accompanied by a registration form for each person listed on the purchase order.

Do not send payment for clock hours or college credit. Collection will occur at the last course session.
